Radiothon Airs Inspiration

Children's Hospital Fund Raiser Tops Last Year

Wearing a birthday sash, Nolee Kelis Jones of Pearl smiles during the first day of the radiothon.

Raising funds throughout central Mississippi to benefit the state’s only children’s hospital, the 20th annual Mississippi Miracles Radiothon broadcast patients’ stories of hope from the community room of the Kathy and Joe Sanderson Tower of Children’s of Mississippi. Although the last 12 months have been challenging for the state’s residents, Mississippians once again showed their generosity, raising $443,928 to surpass the amount donated to the event last year. In two decades, more than $7.1 million has been raised by the annual broadcast to benefit Children’s of Mississippi.
